What Must Be Real vs. Simulated (June Demo)
Must Be Real
Proposal builder — all 6 steps with real form state
Pricing calculator — live computation, rule engine
Scope manager — drag-and-drop, language generation
Change-order creation — form + price recalculation
PDF preview and export — real document generation
Engagement memory display — AI summary rendering
Can Be Seeded / Simulated
Backend persistence — can use Supabase for speed
Analytics data — synthetic but realistic charts
Email delivery — button shows confirmation, doesn't send
Authentication — single-user login, no real auth flow
The Meta-Demo
When we present to TR at the Advisory Symposium, they see their own Architecture Sprint proposal — created, priced, scoped, and managed through ProposalForge. The demo script: "This proposal you're looking at? The pricing was computed here. The scope language was written here. The PDF was exported from here. You've been inside the product this entire time." That is the move. The proposal IS the product. Built it, not imagined it.
